Breweries and Wineries

If you enjoy sipping hometown craft beers and locally produced wines, you’ll feel right at home in Montgomery. Common Bond Brewery on Bibb Street is the city’s only production brewery. You can try the Zelda Blonde or the Crema Stout among their flagship beers. Seasonal beers like the Crafty Lefty lemon shandy are always worth a try. 

Just a short drive from downtown Montgomery, relax at Lake Point Vineyard and Winery, where the fruit wines include watermelon, blackberry, and muscadine. Wine tastings are available on Saturday and Sunday, and online appointments are recommended. 

Continue the wine celebrations with tastings around town at places like TASTE, and at wine events like the Riverwalk Wine Festival each fall.
