The day kicks off with a 5K Race at 9 AM, followed by the Lil’ Tri Triathlon, presented by Baptist OrthoNow, at 10 AM, offering active families and competitive dads a fun way to start the morning outdoors. Families can then enjoy the Outdoor Kids Lot starting at 10:30 AM, featuring activities such as tie-dye stations, flower crown-making, and hands-on fun for all ages.

Live music continues throughout the day with performances from Rollin' in the Hay with Donna Hall, Duos Locos, and DJ One Up, creating a lively festival atmosphere around the whitewater park.

To end the evening, guests can experience one of Montgomery Whitewater's most unique seasonal activities: sunset rafting from 6 PM–7:30 PM. The golden-hour rafting experience offers scenic views, cooler evening temperatures, and an unforgettable way to enjoy the outdoors together.
